returns

unfortunately we do not offer refunds on any items. because of the nature of custom fit garments, returns are not possible. if there is an error in the sizing of your harness we are happy to fix that! it happens.. sometimes its a mistake on my part, sometimes the measurements were not taken properly. you may send your harness back to be adjusted and it will be fixed for free if it did not meet the measurements, and if it was correctly made to the measurements provided, there will be a fixing fee of $45 which will include the cost of return shipping. please be sure to double check measurements and reach out with any questions. no returns or exchanges on sheepskins.

we are not responsible for lost packages. tracking number is provided once your order is shipped to keep you up to date on the progress of shipment.

production time, emails

production time is average 2-8 weeks. please be patient as everything is made by hand.

please be patient with email correspondence. if you do not hear back within two weeks please try again, sometimes emails get lost.
